RELAX AND RECEIVE
It takes 3 to 5 working days for your delivery to arrive at your door. You will be notified when your delivery will be on its way, making sure that it is the most convenient it can possibly be for you.

How do I edit my scheduled delivery?
Log into your account and edit your schedules: either cancel your subscription or change the frequency by pushing it through the payment process(you won’t be charged again) or drop us a mail and we will change it right away. [email protected]
How do I add to my scheduled delivery?
You’ll need to create another order, select the products and schedule that you want then push it through like a normal order. We will sync your orders as best we can.
I cant find what I’m looking for, does that mean you don’t stock it?
Some of our suppliers have many different products so if you are looking for something and cant find us, email [email protected] and we will find it for you.
We are always looking for new and incredible products to stock, so email us your request and we will see if we can get it to you.

Is my personal information safe?
When you load your card your details will be stored in an off site server vault that is running PC1 level bank security, which means that nobody has access to it. This will allow you to schedule your orders without having to push payment through every time, it’ll come off automatically.
Our goal is to make this process as easy and convenient for you as possible so please indicate in the comment section when and where is best for you, we will be there. If you have selected a scheduled delivery option you won’t have to worry about lead time because we will have it ready for when you need it.
